- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I hired Peter Lloyd from this firm. He was exceptional in the face of adversity. I did not quite understand Peter 's plan but he did well and court went well. Please be patient with your attorney. The legal system is extremely complex and for every one rule, there are 50+ conditions in which that one rule may be true or false. The law as written is one thing: How it is used and how the Courts have interpreted laws, through practical application, is an entirely different deal altogether. There are many emotions I have experienced throughout my custody case. Fear, hurt, sadness, anger, resentment and just plain irritation. Let that all out to your attorney and only your attorney. Anyone else you tell, including a therapist or doctor, can be and will be subpoenaed to discuss what it is that you have said as they have heard it. Your attorney cannot divulge any information unless you plan to do something that is dangerous. I would highly recommend Peter Lloyd for any person having a need of legal services.
