  I have been banking with Chase for a long time. I got an email saying that if I open an saving account I could get 200 dollars. However, when I got to the bank, Chase is not able to honoring this by saying that the saving account must come from other bank. The banker's attitude is quite condescending and bureaucratic. I think this rule punish those who use Chase as their only bank account and I won't consider Chase Stevens Point for other financial service.

  I've been using Chase for over 5 yrs now. I like banking with Chase. Usually when I go into a branch I can talk to a personal banker within 15min. I am currently waiting at the Stevens Point Branch and it's been over an hour. The lack of employees is astonishing , and consideration for other peoples time is non-existent. I shouldn't have to take 2hrs of my day just to wait to talk to a personal banker. I can't comment on the actual service because I have yet to receive any. Bad form Chase, bad form.

  The employees are always very nice and wonderful to my 3yr old daughter. I've had to change info as well as print/pick up statements, and they have always been prompt and helpful.
